- 4. Then we review the CSA and AOI report with your Management Team.
- 5. Next we design an implementation strategy to address your specific needs and streamline your budget.
- 6. Then we select the right team of experts and introduce them to your Management Team.
- 7. At implementation, we deliver an Orientation Program to all team members to ensure quality and consistency.
- 8. Finally, we maintain that quality and consistency through Quality Control Analysis Program (QCA)
